We aim to ship most items within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. In some cases, especially during peak seasons or for custom orders, it may take up to 7 working days to process your order.
Our goal is to ship your complete order within 7 working days of receiving the order. In the rare event that we are unable to ship a portion of your order within this time frame, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order and provide you with a refund for the canceled items.
We ship orders on all weekdays, from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Upon receiving your order, please take a moment to inspect the packaging and the contents. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, we kindly request that you refuse to accept delivery of the package.
In the event of a damaged or tampered package, please immediately contact our Customer Care team, mentioning your order reference number. We will make every effort to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest possible time.
Please note that all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price. This practice is in accordance with Indian Tax Regulations.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and information via email or SMS. This data can be used to follow the progress and location of your cargo.
