Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sri Ganapathi Wedding Cards, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. While we do not encourage order cancellations once they are placed, we understand that certain situations may necessitate a cancellation or exchange. Please review the following policy to understand our guidelines for cancellations, exchanges, and refunds.

Cancellation of Orders

1. General Policy:

• Sri Ganapathi Wedding Cards does not encourage the cancellation of orders once they have been placed. We are committed to processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery of your products.

2. Considerations for Cancellation:

Nevertheless, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We will consider a cancellation request under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Orders: If a customer accidentally places the same order more than once for the same product and the same quantity within a span of 24 hours.

• Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests will be entertained only if they are made within 12 hours of placing the order. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be accommodated if the orders have already been shipped.

Exchange Policy

1. Wrong Product Shipped:

• We will process an exchange of products if a wrong product has been shipped to you. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the exchange process.

2. Product Damage:

• In the event that the product dispatched to you is damaged, and an identical replacement of the same product is out of stock, we will facilitate an exchange. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance with damaged products.

Exclusions from Cancellation and Exchange

1. Custom Orders:

• Please note that no cancellation or exchange requests shall be entertained for custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once they have been confirmed.

2. Orders Requiring Printing:

• Orders that require printing, customization, or personalization cannot be canceled or exchanged.

Refund Process

1. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds will be processed for canceled orders only, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

2. Refund Timeline:

• Refunds shall be processed within 21 working days from the date of refund confirmation. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order.
